Our Story

Lattin’s Country Cider Mill and Farm has been a cherished part of Olympia, WA since 1976. Founded by Carolyn and Vic Lattin, and built alongside their four children, the farm has grown into a community favorite while staying true to its family roots.

Still family-owned and operated today, Lattin’s is best known for its award-winning apple cider, crafted with care and tradition. Every product is homemade with natural ingredients, from jams, syrups, and apple butter to fresh fritters, cookies, and donuts.

As we look to the future, we’re excited to continue growing while staying dedicated to serving our community with the same quality and heart that has defined us for nearly 50 years.
